The problem every salon owner in LA has
Right now the booking flow for your salon or barbershop probably looks like this:
- Someone sees your work on Instagram.
- They DM you asking for prices.
- You answer three hours later during your lunch break.
- They DM a different question. You answer another two hours later.
- They book with the salon down the street that had prices on their site.
Instagram is a storefront window — not a cash register. And every client you lose to a DM response delay is $80–$300 that walked next door.
You need a page where someone can see your prices, pick a service, pick a time, and lock the appointment with a deposit — without talking to you first. That's what this is.
What a salon or barbershop site needs
Online booking 24/7
Calendly, Square Appointments, Boulevard or Vagaro — we integrate the one you already use (or recommend one if you don't).
Service menu with prices
Posted. Real numbers. Clients already filtered by budget before they even DM you.
Before/after gallery
With consent, organized by service type. The strongest sales tool a salon has — nobody buys balayage from a stock photo.
Google reviews on the page
Live pulled from your Google Business Profile. Not screenshots that look fake.
Deposit on booking
Stripe holds a $25–$50 deposit against the service. No-shows drop 70%.
Bilingual EN/ES
Your Spanish-speaking clientele in Downey, East LA, Pacoima deserves the same experience.
Real client: Flawless Glow by Jo — Downey
Problem: Esthetics studio in Downey booking exclusively through Instagram DMs. Owner (Jo) was spending 2+ hours a day answering "how much is a facial?" messages. Prices weren't visible anywhere. New clients ghosted before paying a deposit.
What we built: Multi-page bilingual site with full treatment menu (facials, body treatments, lash and brow services), transparent pricing in a sortable grid, Boulevard booking integration, before/after gallery with client consent, Google reviews pulled live, Instagram feed embedded, deposit required at booking via Stripe.
Scope: Pro Business tier. Live in 11 business days.
How it works
- Day 1 — Kickoff: You send services, prices, 10-15 before/after photos, logo, and which booking platform you want (we'll recommend if you don't know).
- Days 2-3 — Design + build: Static mockup first, then hand-coded.
- Day 4 — Booking integration: We connect your calendar (Boulevard/Square/Vagaro/Calendly), set up deposit via Stripe, test real bookings.
- Day 5 — Launch: SEO basics, Google Business sync, you go live.
Pricing for salons
Most salons and barbershops land on Pro Business ($1,997) because the booking integration and gallery push past what the Essential tier covers. Breakdown:
- Essential — $797: One-page site with services + prices + photo gallery + a contact-only form (no live booking). Good for a brand-new barbershop testing the waters.
- Pro Business — $1,997: Multi-page site, bilingual, Google Business setup, basic calendar link to Calendly or Square.
- Deluxe — $3,497: Full booking integration (Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody), Stripe deposits, SMS reminders, review request automation. The level most 1-2 chair studios need to scale.
- Enterprise — $7,997: For salons with 5+ stylists or multiple locations. Includes brand kit, 90-day Google Ads, 4 SEO posts.

Frequently asked
Can you integrate with Boulevard?
Yes. Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody, Square Appointments, Fresha, Acuity, Calendly, Setmore — those are the ones we work with regularly. If you use something else we'll check if it has an embed script or an API.
What if I already have an Instagram following? Do I still need a site?
If you're happy with 100% DM bookings, no. If you want to raise prices without losing clients, filter out tire-kickers, or run Google Ads for new client acquisition — yes. Instagram keeps your current audience. The site brings new ones who search "balayage near me" or "fade cut Pacoima" on Google.
Can clients pay a deposit?
Yes. We set up Stripe Checkout tied to the booking (deposit charged at reservation, remainder on the day). This alone usually drops no-shows by 60-70%.
Do you handle the before/after photos?
We lay them out and organize them. You take the photos (your work, your clients, your consent). We'll give you a shot list and lighting notes if you want.
Can I update prices myself?
Yes. We give you a simple admin panel for prices and services. Everything else (design, structure) stays locked so you don't accidentally break the page.
