The problem every restaurant owner in LA has

You already know this: your restaurant lives on Yelp, on an Instagram grid, and on a Wix site that loads in 7 seconds on the phone of someone standing on Whittier Blvd deciding where to eat. Your menu is a JPG. Prices changed six months ago. Your hours on Google say you close at 10pm — but you actually close at midnight on Fridays. Nobody updated it.

The customer walks in anyway sometimes. But most nights, they just open the next result on the map.

If that sounds like your restaurant, this page is for you.

What a restaurant site actually needs

Not what a 2015 web designer sold you. What your customer actually uses in 2026:

Online menu Google can read

Not a PDF. Not a JPG. Real HTML text with prices, allergens and photos — so your menu appears in Google when someone searches "fish tacos near me".

Reservations without a middleman

Direct booking (OpenTable costs $249/mo + per-cover) or a form that goes straight to WhatsApp. Up to you.

Google Business Profile sync

Hours, phone, photos, menu link, posts. We set it up and link it to the site so changes propagate.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Toggle button. Not Google Translate. Native Spanish copy because your Spanish-speaking customer is 40% of the room.

Delivery links in one place

DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub buttons that open the right app. Your customer stops guessing.

Mobile-first, loads under 2s

Hand-coded HTML/CSS. No WordPress, no Wix, no page builders slowing it down. PageSpeed 90+.

How the 5-day build works

  1. Day 1 — Kickoff call (30 min). You send: logo, phone, hours, menu (PDF is fine), 5-10 photos. If you don't have photos, we handle the stock photography.
  2. Day 2 — Design. You get a mockup of every page. Two rounds of revisions included.
  3. Day 3 — Build. Hand-coded, no WordPress.
  4. Day 4 — SEO + Google Business. Schema markup for Restaurant + Menu, GBP tune-up, mobile QA.
  5. Day 5 — Launch. Domain live, SSL active, Analytics installed. You own everything.

Real client: OLA Restobar — Downey

Problem: Mexican-Peruvian restobar in Downey with a Facebook page as its main presence. Menu lived as a photo in a Highlight. New customers didn't know they had happy hour.

What we built: One-page bilingual landing with full menu (Spanish + English), happy hour section, embedded Google Maps, direct WhatsApp booking, OpenTable backup, delivery links to Uber Eats and DoorDash. Google Business Profile completed with 20 fresh photos and a weekly posting template.

Scope: Essential package tier. Live in 6 business days.

Frequently asked

WordPress or custom code for a restaurant site?

Custom. WordPress adds 1-2 seconds of load time, needs plugins for everything, and breaks when a plugin auto-updates during a Friday rush. We hand-code so your site loads in under 2 seconds on a slow phone and never breaks on its own.

Do I really need a mobile menu? Can't I just use a PDF?

You can — but 80% of your traffic is mobile, PDFs pinch-zoom poorly, and Google can't read PDF prices to show them in search results. A real HTML menu is why you'd come up for "huevos rancheros Boyle Heights" instead of just your competitor.

I have 3 locations. Does it still work?

Yes. We handle multi-location on the Pro package: one site, a Locations page with embedded maps, separate Google Business Profiles for each, and schema markup so each location shows up in its own neighborhood search.

Can I have the menu in Spanish too?

Yes — bilingual is included from Pro Business ($1,997) up. In Essential it's a $397 add-on. Native Spanish from a human translator (us), not Google Translate.

Do you set up online ordering?

We integrate the online ordering platform you already use (Toast, Square, Clover, ChowNow). We don't try to replace them — those systems handle payments, inventory and taxes better than a custom build. We make sure the "Order Online" button on your site works and the integration is clean.
