What you'll pay after year 1
Two options, no lock-in either way:
- Self-managed: Hosting on Vercel free tier (works for 95% of small-business sites) or ~$20/month for high-traffic. Domain renewal $12-15/year. You handle backups, SSL renewal (automatic), and any changes. Total realistic cost: $15-30/month.
- Our maintenance plan — $97/month: Hosting, backups, SSL, security updates, up to 2 hours of minor copy/image changes per month, monthly performance report. Cancel anytime. Pays for itself the first time you need a change and don't know how to touch the code.

The honest version: a $5,000 LA agency gives you a prettier initial pitch, a slower build, a slower site, and a monthly retainer that locks you in. If you have $25,000+ and need a design system plus brand strategy, that's where enterprise agencies earn their fee. For a small business that needs a website that converts, you don't need a $5K package. That's the whole thesis.
What's NOT included
Being honest about scope saves everyone's time:
- Ongoing SEO campaigns — we set up SEO basics on launch, but ranking long-term needs monthly content and links. That's a separate service ($497/month minimum) or your in-house job.
- Paid ads management past the Enterprise 90 days — recurring Google/Meta ads management from month 4 onward is quoted separately ($500/month + ad spend).
- Logo design is included only in Enterprise. For other tiers, we recommend trusted partners or you can bring your own.
- Photography — we don't shoot, we style what you have. We can refer local Latino photographers in LA.
- Legal copy (Terms, Privacy) — we install templates for free; a lawyer-reviewed version is on you.
- Email marketing platforms — we install the forms but Mailchimp/Klaviyo subscriptions are yours.
Frequently asked
How many revisions are included?
Two full rounds on the design mockup before build starts. After build, we fix any bugs or deviations from the approved design at no cost. Changes to the approved design mid-build are quoted hourly ($97/hr).
Are payment plans available?
Standard is 50/50 — 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch. For Pro and up we offer 3-pay (33/33/33) and for Enterprise 4-pay. All via Zelle, bank transfer, Venmo, or Stripe. No credit check, no interest.
Is rush delivery available?
Yes, at +30% of package price. Rush cuts the timeline roughly in half (Essential goes from 5–7 days to 3 days). Rarely necessary — standard delivery is already faster than any agency.
What if I need more pages after launch?
Additional pages in the same style are $147 each with a 2-page minimum. A full-site redesign triggers a new quote (usually 60% of a new package price because the design system exists).
What's the refund policy?
If you don't like the mockup, we refund the 50% kickoff minus a $200 discovery fee. After the mockup is approved and build has started, completed work is not refundable. We've never had to use this clause.
Do you work with businesses outside LA?
Yes. Pricing and process are the same remote or local. We have active clients in Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Miami, and the Bay Area. The only thing we can't do remote is in-person brand photography.
